Wake up to yoga every Wednesday with an early morning session at 07:30am every Wednesday in September 2018 - perfect for energising your day whether you're en-route to the office or off to explore the city. Begin your day by awakening the senses, with sessions each week on the art of breathing, auditory perception, sight, touch and taste, all designed to facilitate mindfulness.
