• Changes or cancellations must occur 48 hours prior to the check in time.
• The above-mentioned Rates and Terms and Conditions are not applicable for booking 09 or more Rooms.
• Massage appointments are subject to availability at time of booking. Advance booking required. Please contact the spa team directly on spa.rlh@beautyandmelody.co.uk as soon as the booking is made to avoid disappointment.
• Pool access: Please note that we have limited availability in the swimming pool and are now only operating based on 30min booking slots. In order to use the pool pre-booking is required.
• No part of this package can be changed/redeemed for cash or substituted with any alternative item
• The hotel reserve the right to cancel your reservation with a full refund for any unforeseen accommodation issues arise within 48hrs of your scheduled arrival.
